Introducing Yoga Days at the Spa at Carneros, a new monthly wellness series designed to inspire healing and relaxation. Set new intentions with a guided yoga class, decompress with a glass of wine at Hilltop or lounge poolside amid sweeping vineyard views or for a transcendent self-care experience.

Our Yoga Day Session Includes:

  • Two 90-minute yoga classes at 11:30 am & 4 pm designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, restored and inspired to step off your mat and into your world with a whole new vision
  • Exclusive pool and jacuzzi access to Hilltop Pool offering Napa Valley’s most beautiful vineyard views
  • Option to purchase local wine, farm-fresh salads, grilled fish tacos and more from Hilltop Dining Room 
  • Well Bar aromatherapy blending experience from 3:30 to 4 pm to create your own aroma wellness blend to take home
  • $150 per person, advanced reservations required

About Instructor Natasha:

Natacha used to be a ballet dancer in France and likes to describe herself as a movement lover. Growing up, she was the shyest girl in the room. Dancing allowed her to express her emotions and feelings. She traveled from the South of France to Paris, from Italy to Singapore and finally to California. Her passion for movement is real, absolute, and endless. Her curiosity led her to yoga. Through yoga she learned how to breathe. She learned how to let go. Yoga harbors no judgement. It brings joy and peace. Through this ancient practice and philosophy she found comfort and peace and decided to share it. After years of practice, she had the chance to study yoga In California and finally realized a 200h yoga teacher training at the Napa Valley Yoga Center in 2018. In addition, she got certifications in anatomy, mobility and sequencing through the teachings of J. Rawlings. Drawing inspiration from her background in dance, she aims to provide students with inviting and inspiring practices, challenging exercises, and a peaceful environment. Her barre and yoga classes are based on constant flow linked with breath, and full body awareness; helping each of her students to fully access her or his strength and vitality.
